This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III (FAC), Tirupattur, Vellore District in Dis.No.1834 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.4985 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 04.03.2022, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.M.P.No.6928 of 2021 within a period of four months. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirupattur, Vellore District, has sent communication dated 23.08.2022 in Dis.No.1834 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.M.P.No.6928 of 2021 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case.
