PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a necessary directions to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the Original Suit bearing No.40 of 2015 within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court.

This matter is taken up for hearing through VideoConferencing.

2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned subordinate Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the suit and the petition in I.A.No.143 of 2015. It is seen from the E-Court extract that the suit has been adjourned on the ground of an application for injunction is pending.

3. Mr.R.Krishnaswamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent in the revision/ the plaintiff in the suit does not have any objection for a direction being issued to the trial court viz., Sub-Court, Ponneri to dispose of the suit on an earlier date.

4. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2015, the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six (6) months from the date of resumption of physical hearing in the sub-court at Ponneri.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions.

No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
