ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Bala Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.R.Siddarth, learned Government Advocate for the sixth respondent.
2. Learned Government Advocate submits that survey has been conducted and encroachment has been found in the survey. The Corporation is intimated about the encroachment on 20.03.2024. Further steps would be taken by the Corporation.
4. Learned Government Advocate appears for the Corporation also and submits that further steps would be taken by the Corporation in accordance with law, expeditiously.
5. In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall
be no order as to costs.
