This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to direct the respondent to permit one advocate of the petitioner to be present during enquiry relating to Crime No.298 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.298 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2020 before the Special Court for MLA and MPs, Chennai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
