1. Mr.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, says that his client is not able to trace the vehicle. Therefore, he says that the application may be closed giving liberty to the applicant to move the Court as and when the subject vehicle is traced.

2. Accordingly, this application is closed granting liberty as prayed for.
