O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner who is seeking for revocation of the suspension order issued against him. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Helper Trainee by the proceedings of the second respondent in the year 2000. The First Information Report came to be registered against the petitioner in Crime No.09/2019 for the offence under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The trap was laid and petitioner was caught red-handed and arrested and remanded to Judicial custody.

The fourth respondent by proceedings dated 17.05.2019 placed the petitioner under suspension, in view of the grave criminal charges. The petitioner sent a representations on 30.09.2019 and 03.02.2020 requesting the respondents to review the order of suspension and to revoke the same and reinstate the petitioner since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Heard, Mr. B. Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. Fakkir Mohideen, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 30.09.2019 and 03.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent along with a copy of the representations dated 30.09.2019 and 03.02.2020 and a copy of this order. 6.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
