Mr. Bala Ramesh, learned counsel for the respondent produced the order of the Apex Court dated 31.08.2021 in Special Leave to Appeal © No.13080 of 2021 directing this Court to take up two reliefs sought by the workmen, namely, "payment of occupational wages" and "absorption of workmen with the sugar mills."

Since against an interim order passed by this Court, the Special Leave Petition had been preferred and for non-compliance of the interim order, the contempt petition has been filed, we close the contempt petition giving liberty to the Sangam to work out their remedy in accordance with law depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
