The matter was listed under the caption, 'for being mentioned' on the ground that this Court while recording the settlement between the parties, directed refund of the Court fees. However, since the plaintiff is a foreign entity, the refund is not able to be made to the plaintiff.

2. In the light of the above inconvenience expressed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, there shall be a direction to the Registry to refund the Court fees in the name of the Counsel Mr.P.T.Kannan (Enroll. No.2666/2008) for the plaintiff. The counsel in turn shall refund the Court fees to the plaintiff.

3. This order shall be incorporated in the order dated 09.02.2026.
