Court. The applicant states that defendants 1 and 2 were required to deliver SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna containers to the applicant at Chennai, but have committed breach and thereby caused losses to the applicant.

2. On examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the applicant is granted leave to sue respondents 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8 before this Court. The application stands allowed. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
