Crl.M.P.No.2506 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24442 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24442 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer every week on Tuesday and Sunday.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
