Seeking a direction to the respondents police toto register the complainant dated 03.04.2014 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint by post to the Inspector of Police, Saint Thomas Mount. The petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint in person to the Central Crime Branch, Chennai and on receipt of the same, shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
