ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to rectify the alleged mistakes in the FMB sketch for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and thereafter, issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the Sale Deed dated 11.07.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, there are mistakes in the FMB sketch for the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for rectification of the same. The petitioner also seeks for issuance of separate patta, after recording his name, based on the Sale Deed standing in the name of the petitioner. Since the representation of the petitioner for the aforesaid reliefs has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's representation seeking for the reliefs as prayed for in this writ petition, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.Since no adverse order is being passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with by this court. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation seeking for rectification of the alleged mistakes in the FMB sketch for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the Sale Deed standing in the name of the petitioner, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party whom
the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 16-02-2026 vga
