Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to impugned para 4 of G.O.Ms.No.133 Cooperation Food and Consumer Protection (CC1) Department dated 5.12.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the cut off date of 20.9.2010 (eligibility criteria) and direct the 1st respondent to grant ex-gratia pension to all the petitioners retrospectively from the date of their respective retirement with arrears of pension and other consequential benefits
