R.Sumathi, v. G.Seenivasan,
CMP No.3864 of 2026 in CMA SR No.7081 of 2026 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
and K.RAJASEKAR, J.
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the appeal. 2.Notice had been directed and the learned counsel for the respondent had entered appearance. The learned counsel for the respondent stated that he has no objection in condoning the delay.
3.Among the reasons stated for condoning the delay, it has been stated that the order copy was made ready on 30.10.2025 and thereafter, certified copies of the documents were applied for and there was some delay in obtaining the same. There was a family emergency and this delayed in filing the appeal.
4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the name of the learned counsel for the respondent may be printed in the cause list when the appeal is listed for admission.
