This application has been filed seeking to receive the documents listed in the Judges Summons.

2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/plaintiff does not have any serious objection in receiving those documents. However, he would submit that the items 1 to 3 of the documents can be received on the applicant producing the original and the xerox copy being compared with the original, can be marked.

3.In the light of the aforesaid submission, the documents annexed to the Judges Summons are permitted to be received. However, for the documents 1 to 3, the applicant shall produce the original and on comparing the copy produced with the original, the same may be allowed to be received.
