2. After completion of pleadings, the matter was referred to learned Master for recording evidence. Without recording evidence, now the plaintiff has come forward with this application to receive certain documents. On a perusal of the affidavit and also the list of documents, four documents mentioned in the list already existed at the time of filing of the suit itself. Further, the plaintiff has not even filed the original documents and he has filed only the certified copy of the documents.

3. Therefore, the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are not satisfactory. However, in the interest of justice and in order to give opportunity to the parties to establish their right, the application is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the respondent/defendant on or before 16.03.2022.
