The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous since EP.No.292 of 2001 in OS.No.628 of 1998 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Erode has already been terminated and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petitions is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
