This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2015 and to investigate the matter in accordance with law and file a final report before the competent court of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 29.04.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the parties were advised to approach the civil forum.
