The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the plaintiff in H.M.O.P.No.255 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri for a speedy disposal of the said Application.
2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that while the husband seeks dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty, the wife also accuses the husband of cruelty on her part.
3. In short, it is the case where the husband and wife mutually accuse one another on the ground of cruelty, therefore, the matrimony may be considered as irreparably broken.
4. The learned Sub Judge, Ponneri is required to expedite the matter as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six(6) months, from the date of communication of copy of this Order. In the meantime, the learned Single Judge is required to explore the possibility of amicable solution between the parties and may also for this purpose make use of mediation.
5. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
