This petition has been filed seeking to dismiss as withdrawn in so far as petitioners 1, 4 and 5 are concerned in the Writ Petition No.32577 of 2013 in so far as petitioners 1, 4 and 5 in the main writ petition concerned.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, who submit that during the pendancy of the writ petition, the petitioners got promotion and hence petitioners 1, 4 and 5 are not inclined to proceed with the writ petition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and Writ Petition No.32577 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn in so far as petitioners 1, 4 and 5 are concerned.
