O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2015 and to investigate into the matter in accordance with law and to file a final report before the competent court of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 30.03.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.05.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
