This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the Court made the following order:- This application has been field to amend the Schedule to the Original Petition seeking Succession Certificate.

2. The Original Petition was allowed by this Court by an order dated 31.10.2018 granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the Schedule.

3. It is the case of the applicant that the Policy Number of the Life Insurance Policy shown as Item No.1 in the Schedule and the Account Number of the Indian Overseas Bank shown as Item No.4 in the Schedule have been wrongly typed. Hence, the need for amendment of the Schedule had arisen.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed and the amendment as prayed for is granted.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner to carryout amendment in the main Original Petition and file a copy of the amended Original Petition by 29.03.2019.

6. Upon such filing of the amended copy of the Original Petition, the Registry is directed to issue amended copy of the order by 15th April 2019.
