Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and considering the fact that the respondents 3 to 7 are the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent, this petition is allowed and the respondents 3 to 7 herein shall stand impleaded as the respondents 3 to 7 in the main Second Appeal.

2.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

3.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve typed set of papers on the counsel for the newly impleaded respondents.
