O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners/tenants have already vacated the premises and the order of RCOP.No.204 of 2006 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore has been complied with. The petitioners have handed over the premises to the landlord.

2. In view of the above submissions made, I could see no further points to be decided in the civil revision petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
