This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case for the various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 07.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.404 of 2016 has been registered on 08.06.2016 for offence under Section 379 IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.
