J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the Appellant / victim, against the Judgment of acquittal of the respondents 2 to 7 for the offences under Section 498(A), 506(II), 420, 313 and 307 of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Since there was no representation for the Appellant on the earlier hearings, this Court had directed the 1st respondent, the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Cuddalore to intimate the Appellant about the pendncy of the case. 2.Today, the Appellant viz. Jenitha Jasmine, D/o.S.Anthony Doss, is present through video conference, and she was identified by the Sub Inspector of Police viz.Sudarmathi, attached to the 1st respondent Police Station, All Women Police Station, Cuddalore.

The Appellant would submit that she is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal and she would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Appeal. 3.In view of the submission made by the Appellant, this Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
