This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to extend the time granted to execute sureties in the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.1170 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 on the file of this Cout by another two weeks time from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. The learned counsel submitted that due to covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner is not in a position to execute the order and in respect of the same, he seeks further two weeks time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to execute the sureties within the stipulated time, further two weeks time is granted for executing the order dated 15.12.2020.

4. Post the matter after two weeks.
