This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to call for the records relating to impugned FIR registered in Crime No.25 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent namely Sub Inspector of Police, Bahour Police Station, Puducherry and quash all further proceedings.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.25 of 2017 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.48 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry, and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
