Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.v,1/84144/2010, dated 08.03.2011 quash the same and thereby direct the respondents to pay the eligible pension along with arrears from 31.07.2003 the date of retirement along with 18% eligible interest.
