ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to release the petitioner on bail, as he was arrested on 08.08.2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 399 of IPC in Crime No.291/2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] would state that totally eight accused in this case, out of which, six have been secured and the petitioner is A-6. Remaining two accused persons are yet to be secured. Insofar as this petitioner is concerned, there is no bad antecedent.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also who would state that the petitioner is innocent and he has been in custody from 08.08.2017 onwards.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Mayiladuthurai and

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
