This application has been filed by the applicant/6th defendant to condone the delay of 1282 days in filing the written statement in the above suit.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and taking into consideration of the fact that though there is no serious objection raised by the respondents 1 & 2 /plaintiffs, this Court is inclined to allow this application on payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- payable to the respondents 1 & 2 /plaintiffs.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant/6th defendant has paid a cost of Rs.3,000/- directly to the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 /plaintiffs has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

6. Post the matter on 08.09.2022, for filing written statement by the defendants 13 to 15.
