O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in D.Dis.K4RP4/07(14434)/06 dated 08.12.2008 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Though the petitioner challenged the order passed by the first respondent dated 08.12.2008, restricted to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2009 and 07.12.2009 for issuance of patta on the strength of the sale deed in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.185/2A and 184/1A House Flat No.9 situated at Kamarajar Nagar, Sevvaipettai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Tiruvallur District.

3. It is also seen that already the order dated 08.12.2008 passed by the first respondent was challenged by the revision petitioner in the said impugned order in W.P.No.6292 of 2009 and the same was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 25.07.2019. The petitioner purchased the said house flat from the respondent in the said revision and as such the petitioner no need to challenge the said order.

Considering the above, the authorities concerned namely the Tahsildar, Tiruvallur is directed to consider the petitioner's request for issuance of patta on the strength of the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner after issuing notice to the parties concerned and giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.Nos.1, 2 of 2013 are closed.
