ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32461 of 2024 in Para no.4(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent, every day at 06.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; that the charge sheet is also filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph no.4(b) of Crl.O.P.No.32461 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025 is totally relaxed. 19.02.2025 dk Page No.2 of 3
