PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by the 5th respondent in Survey No.225/5 situated at Makkinankombai Village, Sathiyamangalam Taluk, Erode District and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN,J.,) The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by the 5th respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader on written instructions from the Tahsildar, Sathiyamangalam would submit that there are no encroachments in the subject land viz., S.F.No.225/5 and according to the learned Special Government Pleader both the petitioner and the 5th respondent are claiming right over the property. 2/4

3. Therefore, if there is any inter se dispute between the petitioner and 5th respondent, it is for the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court of law.
