This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to surrender before the District & Sessions Court, Villupuram (Special Judge for SC & ST Act) for the compliance of the condition imposed in the order dated 23.12.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.31982 of 2022.

2.Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition that the petitioners were not well, therefore, they could not comply with the condition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31982 of 2022 order dated 23.12.2022.
