ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents police to register the case based on complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.01.2016 and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 19.01.2016 given by the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition enquiry in C.S.R.No. 7 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed on 29.01.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
