This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to execute the Non-Bailable warrant dated 08.12.2017 as against A2, A3 & A4 in C.C.No.8822 of 2017, on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the said Non-Bailable warrant as against the A2, A3 & A4 is pending before the third respondent.
