ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2021 for the offence under Section 393 of IPC in Cr.No.40 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have snatched gold chain from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted accused and that there are 19 previous cases as against the petitioner and further submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.20325 and 23944 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petitions. 5.Considering the number of previous cases as against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.20325 and 23944 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
