Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of proceedings No.Na.Ka.1960/A5/IED/AKI/2015 and dated 09.06.2015 of the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to follow the prevailing procedure by paying the salary directly to the Special Teachers and Physiotherapist appointed under IED, SSA Scheme.
