Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to refix the notional seniority at par with S.Govindarajan and P.A.Balasubramaniam as per the judgments dated 28.01.2002 passed in W.A.Nos.1179 and 1180 of 1999 and the following contempt petitions in Cont.P.Nos.967 and 1108 of 2012 on 26.07.2012 and grant such monetary benefits which would have accrued with interest.
