The Advocate Commissioner filed a report stating that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant, this application may be closed.
3. It is seen that though the respondent was served, he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel before this Court when the matter is called today and his name is presented in the cause list.
4. Considering the fact that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant and considering the fact that the respondent has not chosen to oppose the proceedings, this application is closed, subject to the following conditions.
"The vehicle shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law. The Arbitration proceedings, if not already initiated, should be initiated within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
5. The Advocate Commissioner filed a report along with a memo seeking

vsi for additional remuneration. Considering the fact that the Commissioner has spent three days for executing the warrant at Kerala, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of seven days from today.
