ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition fully imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32613 of 2024 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, H3, Tondiarpet Police Station, Tondiarpet, Chennai every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32613 of 2024 dated 09.01.2025 is relaxed.
