ORDER

Heard the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.6.2014, regarding the cancellation of the assignment made in favour of the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, had placed before this Court, a copy of the communication issued by the Tashildar, Gengavalli, dated 4.8.2016, rejecting the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.6.2014.

4. In the said communication, it has also been stated that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order passed by the Tashildar, Gengavalli, dated 4.8.2016, he could challenge the same, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aathur, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the said order.
