This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking for reception of additional document.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application, provided the document is allowed to be received and marked as Exhibit, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the document is allowed to be received and marked as Exhibit on the side of the plaintiff, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff also seeks time to get instructions as to whether the plaintiff will be interested to go for trial instead of arguing the interlocutory applications.
