This Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the interim orders of this Court dated 14.03.2024 made in W.M.P.No.2715 of 2024 in W.P.No.34118 of 2023. N.MALA,J., ar 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, by producing a copy of the Demand Draft bearing No.636 dated 20.03.2025 in proof of deposit of 25% of the total arrears of wages, with the Registrar General of this Court, submitted that the interim order of this Court has been complied with. He further submitted that insofar as other interim direction is concerned, the petitioner has been receiving the last drawn wages, paid by the respondent. The said submissions are affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
