This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the FIR and include the sections 307, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.242/2017 dated 11/07/2017 along with other sections of IPC and Section 3 (1) (r), 3(1) (s) SC/ST Act 2015 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08/08/2017.
2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the main case itself has ended in acquittal by judgment dated 29.01.2021, made in S.C.No.02 of 2018, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Permabalur.
