This petition has been filed to implead the 2nd respondent/Wakf Board as 2nd respondent in the above C.R.P.No.3865 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both the parties.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.3400 of 2022 is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the civil revision petition on 12.03.2024.
