Respondents in all the writ petitions Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the files of the 2nd respondent in VAT.34910008547/2008-09 dated 28.12.2016, VAT.34910008547/200910 dated 29.12.2016, CST.34910008547/2008-09 dated 28.12.2016 and CST.34910008547/2009-10 dated 29.12.2016 respectively and quash the same as being without jurisdiction and authority of law and thereby caused the reversal of input tax credit in respect of Zero rates sales under Section 21 of the Pondicherry Value Added Tax Act, 2007.
