O R D E R

(The order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J.) The present contempt petition has been filed stating that the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 23.12.2014 directing the 2nd respondent, Revenue

Divisional Officer, Kulithalai, to place the matter before the 3rd respondent, State Level scrutiny Committee, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and further directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate order within a period of twelve weeks, has not been complied with, within the specified time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the order passed by this Court dated 23.12.2014 has been complied with. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the State Level Scrutiny Committee has passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee dated 27.03.2018. Therefore, the order passed by this Court has been complied with and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
