2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise in order and post on 28.02.2020 for admission.
